Orders and Shipping
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. To ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times we are currently only shipping to the US, Canada and the United Kingdom.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time, Shipping Location and Shipping Time.
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Depending on the item, either the manufacturer and/or China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. For all items in the Signature Collection, vinyl decals and Doggie & Me Collection, and most doggie t-shirts the processing time is typically 2 days.
- Shipping location: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. For vinyl and t-shirts, shipping time varies by location but uses US Postal Service Priority mail, which is usually 2-3 days.
- Shipping Options: US orders are shipped via Priority mail or e-packet for drop ship items.
- Cost of Shipping: Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the item.
- Duration of Shipping: How long will each shipping method typically take?
- Handling Time: 2-4 days
- Restrictions: Currently shipping to the US, Canada and the UK.
Required fields for an account are first name, last name, username and password.
Please contact us as soon as you can either by phone or email. Please be sure to include “Shipping Address” in the subject. If the order has not been dispatched yet, then we can change the shipping address for you.
At this time we do not have an automated system in place to track orders. We are working on this for future orders, in the meantime email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to send you the USPS tracking number.
If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit your PayPal or credit card information to our third party payment processors. We may also ask you for additional information if necessary.
We do not charge sales tax.
Currently we are only shipping to the US, Canada and the UK.
We will do our best to keep to one package and communicate if there is a back order. We may ship some items separately so that even if some SKUs aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

Right now we are not accepting pre–orders on sold out items. However, you can email customer support to be notified about specific items on our site. Then you will be one of the first to know when the specific item you want is available again.
